The New harvest of November 2018 has started in Delphi

We are happy to announce that the new harvest has just began in the area of Delphi on November 25, 2018. This year we had to wait until the end of November because of the warm weather. The olives are already matured and harvested by hand and with the special equippement for this work.

The olive oil of this year is really tasty. It has an early harvesting olives aroma with a light bitter aftertaste because it is very fresh. Later in the season it will become milder and sweeter!
