Description
In Delphi, wrinkled black olives are from Amfissis variety. This type naturally wrinkles as it matures on the tree. Rather than collected on the olive trees, they’re harvested by placing nets under the trees to catch the shriveled fruits as they ripen.
Wrinkled olives can be eaten directly from the tree but very late in the season (in March!)
The package contains 250 g of wrinkled olives in vacuum with a minimum of salt (less than 4%)
